The Kolping House project is for both service and income generation. It has two main buildings that serve the organization as a board room and meeting halls. There are also several guest rooms, and the conference auditorium, which are hired our to the public to raise funds. The dual-purpose Kolping House is meanwhile the largest Kolping project of the Kolping Society of Nigeria.
